Bootless!

News Flash: Climbing can be dangerous.

Three years ago I smashed my ankle when I fell off a climb and it's been nothing but trouble ever since. I just recently had surgery again to try and get the thing back to functional. The good news is, today I am bootless! So I thought I'd show off the handiwork of my surgeon. I think it looks really good! If wounds gross you out then don't look. Also, thank you so much for everyone's well wishes and help through all the injuries and surgeries. I feel blessed that so many people care about me and do what they can to help me out- from making foot shaped cookies and bringing me hummus to giving me rides when I can't drive. Thank you!
